In those days a revolutionary distribution system. It became a succes with young families due to the low cost of production and distribution.<br \/>\nNot only a hit in the UK, it became well known in France, Germany, Italy and the USA as well. A tin of paint was included so you could restore or repaint your furniture in a different colour!<\/p>\n<p>Tomotom furniture was even on display in the Parisian exhibition of Contemporary-Seating 1925-1968.<\/p>\n<p>Production ceased in 1971. Today they are rare and sought after because not many survived and are becoming a true collectors item.
