Vintage Design
A lovely drawer cabinet from the Japanese series, designed by Cees Braakman and manufactured by Pastoe in the Netherlands around 1950.
Made of beautiful quality teak wood in a nice, warm brown colour. This highly recognizable design has a minimalist style with a modern touch. De drawers open and close smoothly and have square, black metal handles. All together this makes it a most recognizable piece of Dutch mid-century design!
The piece remains in good, vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age and use, preserving a beautiful patina.
