The armchair is in good condition with normal signs due to age and use.
The skin has yellowing in the ‘covered’ areas, for example in the section between the seat and back as per photo.
The leather upholstery are fixed with zips to the structure of the armchair but these are to be replaced, or they can be left in that it is irrelevant to the session.
